While there is a lot of physical science and kinesiology behind how the body becomes toned, muscular, lean, ripped and strong, sometimes we don't always need to know "why an exercise program or food plan "works," but to simply have faith that it does. NIKE TM puts it best "Just Do It." And in the manufacturing arena there is a saying to "shoot the Engineer and start production." Getting into the "whys" of health and fitness includes volumes and volumes of reading which can overload an individual and de-motivate them. The information is out there for those who seek it and want to sift through the contradicting theories. To get started only takes a decision…not a research project.
